Hello! I have not updated my website much for the last few years.

I am now a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY with an Associate’s Degree in Baking & Pastry. After graduating from Shorewood in 2015, I left Washington for New York barely a month later. I was in school for about two years and graduated on April 13, 2017.

I am in quite a rush to write as I leave for China today but I just wanted to have some place to post my articles and possibly blog during my travels! This is a bit rough but I will fix it up once I have the time.

I was a writer for the school’s official newspaper, La Papillote! Check out some of the articles at Issuu. I will be posting my articles here on this blog and linking them to the issuu version in the future. I was also their digital media editor for a year and created a website for them – stay tuned for the website launching!

I was also in charge of the CIA Digital Media Club’s Instagram account, which you can see @ciafoodmedia

I will be traveling in China for 5 weeks starting today! (5/5/2017) I will take plenty of pictures to post in the future.

Once I return, I will be fully back in business and take orders for cakes, cupcakes, cookies, tarts, pastries, bread and more!
